Oestra is a wellness product operated by BINABOT AI PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (“Oestra”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

When you use Oestra, we collect:

• Account informationyou provide via Google or Apple sign-in — typically your email address and a unique account identifier.
• Your assessment answers— the responses you submit through our questionnaire (lifestyle, cycle, symptoms, etc.).
• Your personalised program— the 3-month plan we generate from your answers, plus any weekly check-ins you submit later.
• Basic usage data— which pages you visit and basic device information, collected via tools like Google Analytics (see Section 4).

We do not collect payment information — Oestra is currently free to use.

We use the data to:

• Generate and refine your personalised program.
• Operate and improve the Oestra service.
• Communicate with you about your account when needed (e.g., sign-in issues).

We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

We share your data only with the third parties needed to run Oestra:

• Our hosting and authentication providers — for account sign-in and data storage.
• Third-party AI providers— to process your answers and generate your program.
• Google and Apple— when you sign in via their OAuth services.
• Analytics providers like Google Analytics — anonymised usage data to help us understand how Oestra is being used. You can opt out via your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.

These third parties handle your data under their own data policies and terms. Some of them may store data on servers located outside Singapore.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active.

If you'd like us to delete your data, email oestra.singapore@gmail.com. We'll process deletion requests within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time (note: doing so means you can't continue using Oestra).

Oestra is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy as Oestra evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active users. The current version is always available at this URL.
