Terms of Use

Oestra is a wellness product operated by BINABOT AI PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (“Oestra”, “we”, “us”). By using Oestra, you agree to these Terms.

Oestra provides general wellness and lifestyle suggestions based on self-reported information. We are not a healthcare provider. Oestra does NOT:

• diagnose any medical condition;
• prescribe any medication;
• replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional;
• guarantee any health outcomes.

Our suggestions are generated in part by AI, which can produce inaccurate or inappropriate results. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on Oestra's content. For medical questions, urgent symptoms, or emergencies, consult a qualified healthcare professional or contact emergency services.

By using Oestra, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Oestra.

You sign in to Oestra via Google or Apple sign-in, or with a verification code sent to your email. Completing a purchase creates an account with the email you use at checkout. You are responsible for keeping the underlying email, Google, or Apple account secure. One person per account.

You agree not to:

• Use Oestra for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Oestra — including the service, software, brand, AI prompts, knowledge base, and all related materials — is our intellectual property. Your assessment answers remain yours; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them to provide and improve the service.

Some Oestra content — such as your full health report and personalized plan — is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews: you pay once, and the content is yours to keep.

Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.

Your report and plan are personalized digital content, generated for you at the time of purchase. For that reason, purchases are generally non-refundable once your report has been generated. If something goes wrong — you were charged but received nothing, or the content did not generate — contact us and we will make it right.

Oestra is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, BINABOT AI PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any health-related outcomes, decisions, or actions taken (or not taken) based on content from Oestra.

In any case, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Oestra and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms as Oestra evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
